About Zambonelli Fine Foods

I’ve always had a love of food, art and travel. I grew up in a community filled with great neighbours and a shared love of food.

As soon as I was old enough, I went off exploring different countries and cultures, which meant trying many different foods. Every country was a new taste experience. Naturally, I brought a lot those experiences back home to Canada.

I studied Fine Art in university and that’s when I first started cooking in restaurants. After graduating, I started food styling for photography and videos, happily combining my love of art and food. I discovered Dukkah when in Australia, another place full of wine and food. It was served as an appetizer. We dipped bread into oil, then into Dukkah and experienced the most amazing taste explosion of nuts, seeds and spices!

The myriad of flavours and textures in Dukkah continue to be one of my favourite things. I’ve been making it ever since that first taste and I’m excited to share this experience with other food lovers!
