Avocado Toasts with Dukkah
Serves 4
Ingredients:
¼ cup (60ML) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Sea Salt Flakes
⅓ Cup (95G) Labne (Yogurt Cheese), Cream Cheese or Vegan Spread
4 Slices Seeded Bread, Toasted
1 Avocado, Sliced
50g Yellow of Green Beans, Blanched & Finely Shredded
3-4 Sliced Radishes
Micro-greens for Garnish
2-3 tbsp of your favourite Zambonelli Dukkah
Preparation Directions:
Whisk together the oil, lemon juice and salt until smooth. Spread the labne or cream cheese over the toasts, top with the avocado, beans,and oil. Finish with a handful of the micro-greens and a sprinkling of the Dukkah.
