Avocado Toasts with Dukkah

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup (60ML) Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • ½ tsp Sea Salt Flakes

  • ⅓ Cup (95G) Labne (Yogurt Cheese), Cream Cheese or Vegan Spread

  • 4 Slices Seeded Bread, Toasted

  • 1 Avocado, Sliced

  • 50g Yellow of Green Beans, Blanched & Finely Shredded

  • 3-4 Sliced Radishes

  • Micro-greens for Garnish

  • 2-3 tbsp of your favourite Zambonelli Dukkah

Preparation Directions:

  1. Whisk together the oil, lemon juice and salt until smooth. Spread the labne or cream cheese over the toasts, top with the avocado, beans,and oil. Finish with a handful of the micro-greens and a sprinkling of the Dukkah.
