Dukkah Crumbed Baked Shrimp

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 egg whites

  • ½ cup of your favourite Zambonelli Dukkah

  • 1 lb. medium uncooked shrimp, peeled with tails intact

  • Serve with a plain whole egg mayonnaise or garlic lime aioli

Preparation Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.

  2. Place the egg whites in a small bowl and whisk until frothy.

  3. Place the Dukkah in a separate bowl and mix to combine. Dip each shrimp in the eggwhite and then into the Dukkah and place on a large oven tray lined with parchment paper.

  4. Cook for 5 minutes or until golden and just cooked through.

  5. Serve with mayonnaise or aioli.
