Dukkah-Roasted Cauliflower

This is a great way to elevate a simple dip into something exotic.

Ingredients:

  • One Large Cauliflower Separated into Florests or Cut Into Steaks

  • ¼ Cup (60ml) Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp of your favourite Zambonelli Dukkah

Preparation Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

  2. Place the cauliflower on a large baking tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle with the oil. Top with the dukkah and toss to combine.

  3. Roast for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.
