Dukkah-Roasted Cauliflower
This is a great way to elevate a simple dip into something exotic.
Ingredients:
One Large Cauliflower Separated into Florests or Cut Into Steaks
¼ Cup (60ml) Olive Oil
2 tbsp of your favourite Zambonelli Dukkah
Preparation Directions:
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Place the cauliflower on a large baking tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle with the oil. Top with the dukkah and toss to combine.
Roast for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.
